BLACKBERRY GLAZED SALMON
This simple recipe is both quick and healthy! It's gluten free, natural and full of great nutrients. We recommend using wild salmon filets!
Ingredients
- 4 skinless Salmon filets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 Green onion sliced
- 1tbsp Sesame Seeds
- ¾ cup MFT Blackberry Boom Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Chili flakes or to taste
- ½ tbsp Gluten Free flour (Coconut flour works well)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 F
- In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients except green onion and sesame seeds
- Light grease baking dish and place salmon
- Pour Blackberry Cider BBQ sauce over the salmon then bake for approximately 12-15 minutes to desired doneness. Try not to overcook. The sauce will thicken while cooking
- Remove from oven and spoon thickened sauce from bottom of dish back over the salmon
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and enjoy!
